We have expanded our already enviable provision for sport this year by welcoming a new member of staff to our specialist team and by upgrading our sports facilities.
Ms. Burling joins us to work alongside Mr. Thompson, teaching children from Reception to Year 6. Ms. Burling has a degree in sports science and a clutch of coaching qualifications including gymnastics and football. She has been working in schools for a number of years with her most recent experience being in Camden.
To accommodate our coaches and their classes we have dedicated two of our three halls to sports and have redecorated creating bright spaces that are fit for purpose. Both halls are due to be fitted with audio-visual equipment to further support learning.
We have also invested in a new trophy cabinet for all the awards and trophies we anticipate flowing our way.
