Over the past two weeks we have been honing our geography skills, finding out about the our home country of country of heritage.
We have located our home country on a world map and we found out important facts about the country, for example we drew a famous landmark and researched famous people associated with the country.
After this, we then identified and placed the main lines of longitude and latitude on a world map and discovered the different climates found in the world.
Finally, we looked back at our home countries/ countries of heritage and located the physical features found in the country.
Next week we start developing our history skills.
