As the year draws to a close, so too does our historical journey through time. Since September, the children have been engaged and fully immersed in their contextual project: HDMT Trench Brothers. The project was a culmination of learning about WWI with a significant focus on minority solider’s from the British West Indies and the Indian Army.
From creating puppets, to composing their own song, this ended with a finale performance on the 1st and 2nd of December 2015. This showcased their hard work and dedication throughout the term. The year 6 teachers are extremely proud of their student’s accomplishments and cannot wait to see what comes next!
