Year 2 have returned to school and jumped straight back in to hard work!
As well as continuing with our writing and maths work, science has been of particular focus. We have been exploring materials, their uses and their properties.
The children have really enjoyed going on ‘material hunts’ around the school, and have amazed all of their teachers with their enthusiasm and existing scientific knowledge. Which materials can you spot in our pictures?
The children have been asking some very challenging questions. We will be setting some of their questions for home-learning, so please help them research and find out the answers to share back in class.
