Year Five have spent this term learning about changing materials is Science. They have done many investigations and experiments to discover how to separate materials and well as combine them to create new ones.
Recently, they explored irreversible changes, combining milk and vinegar to create a type of plastic as well as bicarbonate of soda and vinegar to produce enough carbon dioxide to inflate a balloon. It was exciting to discover the changes that were created!
