This week the children have been learning all about Advent. They discovered that Advent is a time to prepare for Christmas, and for many Christians it is just as important as celebrating Christmas itself.
We looked at Advent celebrations from around the world and the different traditions that other countries have. We then worked together to make our very own Advent calendars in class.
The children have also been singing lots of new songs from their nativity play and have been working very hard to remember them all.
