As part of our service learning, Y6 made a trip to Cherry Orchard care home to sing Christmas carols and spread some festive cheer. We were accompanied by the talented Ms Jenkin playing her guitar. The children sang a variety of upbeat Christmas songs such as Rocking Robin and Jingle Bells. The residents were visibly delighted by the performance and sang along to some of the familiar songs.
It was a wonderful way to give back to our local community.
