This week Year Two had the pleasure of welcoming an award winning author called Karl Nova to Monteagle.
We had a fantastic time listening to his fascinating stories of his childhood in Nigeria. He explained to us what RAP stands for (rhythm and poetry) and how these two elements combine together to make a RAP verse. The children and adults found Karl very amusing and we even learnt a RAP verse together!
