To end our topic on transport, nursery held a transport workshop. Parents were invited in to take part in their child’s group session where they listened to a story about transport, answered questions about the story and then sorted transport in terms of how they travel; air, land or water. Children then showed clay models of transport vehicles to the group and said something about their wonderful models.
This was a lovely workshop where children really felt proud to show off all the hard work they had done.
