Over the last few weeks the Year 2 children have enjoyed listening to the story The Lonely Beast by Chris Judge. This week they have been thinking about how lonely the Beast was feeling and have created their own Beast as a friend for him. They first thought about what their beast would look like, they then drew it and labelled it with all the key information about their beast. The next step was to write a character description for their beast. Over the new couple of weeks they will use this to help them write a story with their beast as the main character.
The children did amazing work this week and we hope you enjoy looking at some examples.
