This week, in Year 2 we continued learning a new song called ‘There’s music in my soul’, which as the title suggests, is a song written in the musical style of Soul. We started by rehearsing the song, making sure we could remember the melody and actions.
We then improvised in pairs an instrumental section on our glockenspiels using at least three notes: C, D and E.
Those who wanted to, had the opportunity to perform in front of their classmates. You can see and hear how creative we have been below!
