This week, year 4 have been extra lucky!
We watched a brilliant performance from the Half Moon Theatre Company. It was a one man show which was truly fantastic. The show was a twist on two of our favourite fairy tales: Cinderella and Little Red Riding Hood. Much of the fairy tales were also read as poems.
We watched this show to help us with our creativity for when we put on our show of ‘Joseph’. We got to see real costumes, basic set design, and how actors present themselves when on stage and performing.
At the end of the performance, the actor was kind enough to have a question and answer session with the children where he told us all about how he got into acting and poetry and the ways he remembers all of his lines.
