Last night, it was the turn of Year 4 children to camp in school. All set for a night under the stars, things turned out slightly differently. Due to thunderstorms we camped inside our classrooms rather than in our tents, but this did not stop us having a fantastic evening!
We enjoyed activities throughout the evening such as circus skills, orienteering and quick cricket. We even got the chance to roast marshmallows on a campfire! We ended the evening by watching a movie and having ‘torch time’ in our classrooms where we played games, read books and talked.
We all had a brilliant evening. Thank you to all those who gave up their time to make the evening so enjoyable and memorable.
