Beneath an adorned tree in the Year 6 garden, against a tie-dyed backdrop, a fast-paced and light-footed production of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream played out beautifully. The suitably ethereal setting was populated by vividly realised characters as our Year 6’s took ownership of what can be a difficult piece.
With rigorous preparation and rehearsal the children played their parts superbly, with a deftness and lightness that enthralled their audience.
