Reception children have been enjoying using their Reception garden, accessing the indoor resources and continuing to build relationships with one and all.
They have also started their phonics lessons this week and have learnt the sounds (phonemes) s,a,t,p. They have settled well into these lessons and have been working very hard to say the newly learnt phonemes (sounds) and practised writing them using our school’s cursive handwriting formation.
They have made us, ‘teachers’, feel very proud for all their efforts!
