Year 4

The Year 4 teaching team believe education requires children to have role models who have the aptitude to encourage, inspire, stimulate and motivate them to achieve all they aim to in life. This can only be achieved through modelling creativity, supporting children to thrive and encouraging active engagement in the learning process through talk. We believe a child’s individual strengths need to be recognised, valued and built upon. The Year 4 team aspire to be exuberant, innovative and creative in all aspects of our teaching and utilise our specific expertise to full affect. We also aim to ensure that pupils become digitally literate at a level suitable for the future workplace, and as active participants in a digital world.
