This week Year 6 have started reading Stay Where You Are and Then Leave by John Boyne. The story is set during World War 1 and we have found it very interesting particularly because it is linked in with our context topic of Trench Brothers. We have also been able to create some drama pieces from the story so that we have a more in dept understanding of what was happening. We will continue to read the story and create different pieces of writing from it.
