On Tuesday, 3rd December, we were delighted to welcome the Ikoro Theatre Group to our school. The children were captivated by a fascinating performance and workshop that introduced them to the rich culture and traditions of the Nigerian people. They listened to a lively story about a goat, a chicken, and a cow, and had the chance to join in with the actions and words. Through storytelling, music, dance, and drama, the children explored the vibrant customs and heritage of Nigeria, gaining a deeper understanding of its cultural significance. It was an engaging and enriching experience that allowed the children to connect with the traditions of a different culture.
