This week, the Student Council had an exciting and productive meeting with our Head Teacher, Ms. Rider. We had the chance to discuss our plans for Monteagle Wellbeing Week and share ideas on how to make Monteagle an even better place for everyone.
We created a special presentation for the meeting, and each of us had something important to share. It was wonderful to talk about how much we love the new dining hall—it’s made lunchtimes even more enjoyable! We also shared how much we appreciate the new Learning Journey Books, which have helped us reflect on our learning in creative ways.
During the meeting, we proposed a fun new idea: having a day each term where the whole school gets to vote on a fun activity to take part in. Ms. Rider was very supportive and listened carefully to all of our ideas.
Thank you, Ms. Rider, for your time and encouragement. We’re excited to see our ideas come to life and continue making Monteagle an amazing place to learn and grow!
