Outdoor learning is an important part of the day at Nursery. The children have been spending time at the sand area making different size sandcastles. We have explored colour names referring to the colour of the buckets and spades and talked about different sizes when comparing the different sizes of sandcastles we created.
There have also been many moments when the children have shared special learning moments together. This helps develop their social skills and reinforces sharing and turn taking.
