Last week, our Year 5’s visited the Tate Modern Gallery in St Paul’s, as part of their art study for this term. After visiting the Tate Modern website the previous week, the children were very excited to see the real artwork up close and sketched the pieces into their sketch books. It is safe to say they were inspired by the level of creativity seen in the gallery and will use these ideas in their art lessons.
