This term, year 3 will be exploring and investigating patterns.
This week, we talked about what pattern is, where we can see pattern in school and at home as well. We looked at a variety of patterns on the table, and did observational drawings with an emphasis on the patterns that were shown. The children learned about drawing techniques such as shading, cross-hatching, and stippling.
