As part of our topic “Family and Friends”. We created our family members faces out of healthy food. We had lots of fun using our fine motor skills to make the sandwich faces. We also enjoyed using our Communication and Language skills to describe our family members.
Here is what some of us said:
“My mummy has small brown eyes”.
“I look like my dad. We are both similar. But I’m a girl and his a boy. He has short hair and mine is long and pretty”.
“My mum is beautiful. Just like me. We both have a mouth and a nose”.
Our favourite part of this activity was getting to eat what we made. They were absolutely delicious!
