Nursery children have taken part in so many learning experiences this week. We used numicon to write, recognise and count our numbers up to 20 and sorted and matched different colour socks at the maths table. We spent time creating a home in our role play area and then enjoyed getting ready for ‘bed’ or cooking our dinner in the ‘kitchen’. Some of us had to do some work in the ‘office’. Children were happily sharing ideas and taking turns while using construction toys and they created volcanoes, trucks, balls, houses and many other interesting structures. We ended the week with making healthy cheese and tomato pizzas which everyone enjoyed eating.
