In Year 6 music, we have been continuing work on our ‘Anti-Bullying Blues’. Last week, some of our amazing musicians performed their compositions in Friday’s assembly.
Our compositions included: the jazz melody, the 12 bar blues, a swing beat, ostinato (repetition) and lyrics. We also focussed on communicating the meaning and emotion of the blues: anger, determination and hope.
