This week nursery had an interactive storytelling session which was led by an author Rosie Hudson! The author was amazing and used movement, Makaton signs, repetition and rhymes to tell a ‘Wild’ story which involved many wild animal characters. This sessions enabled children to recognise and respond to body language and expressions to explore how feelings affect our behaviour.
Rosie was fantastic! She delivered her session incredibly well, and it was lovely to see the classes engaged and focused. We will definitely be calling Rosie back again next year!
