This month has been very busy for year 6 as they prepare for their final Trench Brothers show in early December. As part of their preparation, the children have had to research a soldier that was either in the British West Indies regiment or the Indian Army. They then wrote letters from the point of view of that particular soldier. Those letters were then compiled into the best lines and a composer came in to work with our children.
The sessions included talking about their solider, and creating a song. Below are the two songs the children created for the shows. This was a special opportunity as the children will be singing these songs in their December showcase. We hope to see you there!
