On Wednesday 2nd April, Year 4 went on an exciting trip to Barleylands. During their visit, they took part in a fascinating workshop called Field to Fork, where they learned about where food comes from. The children had the chance to see a variety of animals, including goats, wallabies, a giant tortoise, sheep, and pigs. A particular highlight for many was seeing the adorable baby goats up close. Another memorable part of the day was making their own pizzas, which the children found both fun and delicious. Overall, the trip was a fantastic experience, and the children thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
