It is ‘Black History Month’!
Our focus across the school is influential and important Black British people.
In year 4, we are looking at Sarah Forbes Bonetta. She is someone who was very important during the Victorian era.
We are learning all about her life, her journey and story. How she came from the Egbado tribe in Nigeria to become the Queen’s god daughter and how her life had dramatically changed.
