This week we have started learning about the life of Lewis Hamilton. The children in Year 1 have been amazed at how much Lewis was able to achieve at such a young age. During our history lessons, the children have discovered interesting facts about Lewis Hamilton and created a timeline of important events in his life. They were particularly excited to find out he got his first go-kart at just 6 years old and won the British Kart Championship at just 10 years old.
We are looking forward to exploring more about Lewis Hamilton throughout October whilst we celebrate Black History Month.
