Over the last two weeks, the children in Reception have been delving into the enchanting story of Bog Baby. They have immersed themselves in the tale, expressing their love and fond memories of Bog Baby through heartfelt letters. Additionally, they have unleashed their creativity by crafting their very own Bog Baby using various artistic mediums such as painting, colouring, cutting, sticking, and moulding with playdough. It has been a joy to witness their imaginations soar as they bring this magical creature to life!
we have also been exploring what it takes to be a good friend! We have been discussing how we show kindness and support to one another. We have also been learning about caring for little creatures, understanding where they live, and which animals might reside by the pond, just like Bog Baby! It’s been a fantastic week of discovery and learning together as friends.
