This week in PSHE, our students took on a unique challenge to build a tower — without any instructions! At first, the task was tricky, with everyone sharing their ideas at once and nobody quite listening. It didn’t take long to see that teamwork was the missing ingredient! We paused, regrouped, and assigned specific roles to each team member. The results were amazing! By working together, each group created far sturdier towers and discovered the value of organized teamwork.
Afterwards, we reflected on the experience and created a set of class rules for successful group work. Now, our students have a better understanding of how to work collaboratively to reach a common goal. A big well done to everyone for their teamwork skills!
