To further our knowledge of Roald Dahl, Year 6 have looked at his life during our history lessons. We have learned how he played an active role with the RAF during World War II. The children were amazed that it was an accident during the war that encouraged him to start writing stories. Wonderful timelines of his life were created. This has paved the way for so much more fantastic learning to come in history.
