This week Year 1 have had a very busy week!
We started our week with an assembly and workshops with the ladies from ‘Keep Britain Tidy’ where we learnt all about recycling.
We sorted different food items and identified things we could ‘reduce, reuse and recycle’.
In our computing lessons we have been learning about how to give clear instructions to make a robot move. We have started by using each other as robots and giving each other instructions.
We had lots of fun and when we were being the robot, we found it tricky to just follow the instructions and not change or add to them as we went along.
