We are proud mathematicians in year five, and are super excited to share our method for division. We love nothing more than being challenged mathematically, and we know that we learn best as a team, working together to solve a problem.
Here is a video of one of our favourite games, division rumble. For the game, we make use of counters and a place value chart to solve different division calculations. This helps us understand what happens to each value when we are dividing.
Teamwork is crucial and we always encourage our team mates along the way.
