This week the children in Year 2 have become authors! Each day we have revealed a picture from the story ‘Dougal the deep sea diver’ and children have been challenged to create a story based on the picture they see. They have enjoyed finding clues about what happened to Dougal each day and exploring their creative sides to make stories that are interesting. When the children have finished their stories we will be reading the book to them and the children are looking forward to seeing how their story compares to the book.
