In year 1, we have been learning to find the ‘heart beat’ or ‘pulse’ in a piece of music. We sang one of our favourite songs ‘Cobbler, cobbler, mend my shoe’ and found different actions to go in the time with our singing. We noticed that the actions always went with the pulse of the song. The pulse also changed when we got faster and when we got slower. Check out our fantastic learning here:
