Welcome back! We hope you had a lovely half term. It is wonderful to see how grown-up and mature children have come back to nursery. They are so ready for the final term and are very eager to get back into their learning. This week nursery took part in many fun activities:
- As we have been reading ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’, we were lucky enough to watch a caterpillar hatch into a butterfly!
2. We took part in a sensory activity where we played with coloured jelly! We filled up and emptied containers.
3. We worked as a group to build big structures using wooden blocks. Take a look at our castle and our amazing boat!
4. We practised our fine motor skills using play dough and tools!
5. We used our imagination to cook our favourite food in our messy play area outdoors.
