As part of our Science topic Earth & Space, Year 5 have been looking at the relative sizes of planets.
To do this, we researched the actual sizes of the Planets. We then scaled this down to a size which could be replicated into models.
We used modelling clay to make the planets. We were surprised to see how tiny planet Earth was in comparison to Jupiter.
