Having previously learnt a country piece of music, ‘Hoedown’, this week Year 4 improvised on their glockenspiels to a new piece of country music. They could use the notes G, A, B, D and E. You can see how creative they have been below!
We also listened to a new piece of music in preparation for Black History Month: Respect by the queen of soul, Aretha Franklin. Next week, we will begin learning it in class but feel free to also sing it at home!
