Dear Parents and Carers,
January has flown by in the blink of an eye. There have been so many wonderful learning opportunities this half term and the school looks wonderful with new displays everywhere.
So far this half term, 12 Year 5 children have started their journey with the Brilliant club, a wonderful programme that gives children the opportunity to experience University. Year 1 have held their museum opening and visited Eastbury manor house. Year 6, 5, 3 and the ARP have all hosted or are due to host parent workshops and we have taken children from across the school to compete in various sporting events.
After half term, we are even busier with more trips and workshops across the school. We are welcoming a West End theatre workshop for years 2 and 6 and Year 5 will work with the Conductive Music company.
As a school, we are incredibly lucky to have such dedicated and passionate teachers who are constantly looking for ways to enhance the children’s learning experiences both in and out of school.
