This week we have been learning all about King Tutankhamun, who is largely known as King Tut.
We have learnt all about his life, the fact he was pharaoh at age 8 or 9, then married his half sister, sadly lost 2 children and then passed away at only age 18 or 19.
King Tut was only pharaoh for about 10 years but he remains one of the most famous of ancient Egyptian pharaohs, largely thanks to the items found in his tomb. We will learn more about that next week.
