This week, we have celebrated all things maths! The theme of Maths week this year was problem solving and throughout the week, the children have had opportunities to explore different kinds of word problems.
Not only have they investigated word problems all to do with the World Cup, but the Year 6’s also became code breakers and raced around using their mathematical skills, to break the code as fast as they could.
Year 6 thoroughly enjoyed maths week and have already asked if we can take part in more problem solving fun!
