Our children have continued to compete in the TT Rock Stars Rock Out competition. As a collective, they have answered over three quarters of a million correctly. We are now ninth in England with the number of correct answers. 6W still is leading the class list, but 6D has made a resurgence, sprinting up the table, leapfrogging other classes. I am sure this has nothing to do with Miss Darcy returning to school after a period of absence! Remember the competition finishes on Saturday.
Elsewhere in the school, Year 4 have been getting to grips with understanding numbers and knowing the value of each digit. To help them, they have been using place value cards.
We are all looking forward to seeing all the mathematics Rock Stars tomorrow and finding out the Rock Slam Champions in Year 4, 5 and 6!
