At our nursery, we believe that supporting children’s mental health and wellbeing from the earliest age is crucial. That’s why we went all out to celebrate Mental Health Week with a series of calming, creative activities.

Spa Day Brings Outdoor Serenity
We kicked things off with a Spa Day on the nursery grounds. The children got to experience the relaxing benefits of being out in nature as they enjoyed a variety of sensory activities. From having their feet massaged with warm scented water to making fragrant herb sachets, it was a wonderfully serene experience for our little ones.

Melodies for the Mind and Soul
To round out the week, we brought in a talented music specialist to get our nursery rocking with the sound of music! Through a series of interactive singalongs and movement activities, the children explored how melodies and rhythms can influence their emotions.

 

We’re so proud of how our children embraced all the Mental Health Week activities with curiosity and joy. At our nursery, nurturing their emotional wellbeing is just as important as supporting their academic growth. Here’s to many more mindful experiences!
