A huge and heartfelt thank you to the parents and children in year 5, who kindly donated food collected from this year’s Harvest Festival to our own foodbank. What truly a wonderful gesture to give to others in this time of hardship for so many.
The food bank is available to anyone in school who needs it. We have a store cupboard of basic items and we receive charity donations each Tuesday.
Parents bring a bag with their name written on it to the parent room on a Monday and filled bags are collected at the end of the school day on Tuesday.
If you are in need of an urgent food parcel before Tuesday please contact Nicky 07956458202. We are also able to refer families to local food banks and signpost to appropriate agencies for information around financial support.
