On Monday and Tuesday, Monteagle had a very special and unique few days. An ice rink was brought into school, with a Santa’s Grotto as well!
Year Three were on Tuesday afternoon, one of the last year groups to use it, but they were so excited about getting onto the ice, that they were asking since Monday morning. They had a fantastic time. Some children were making glittery baubles and having face painting done in Santa’s Grotto. After a while the children had a chance to skate around on the ice. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves and helped each other on occasion. Some parents were there too to give their children a helping hand. Here are some pictures of the fun and memorable day;
