On Monday 10th February, Mr Marshall and Nicky delivered the NSPCC’s ‘Speak out, Stay Safe’ assemblies again to all pupils in Years 1 – 6; this is a a programme for children aged 5-11 which aims to help children understand abuse in all its forms and to recognise the signs of abuse. Children are taught to speak out if they are worried, either to a safe adult or Childline. We were SO impressed by how knowledgeable the children were in telling us what they need to do if they are worried and who they can speak to at school and at home!
