The Year 2 children have loved exploring a variety of books during their English lessons this year. They have been captivated by the characters in these stories, using drama to delve deeper into understanding each book. Their engagement extended to writing diary entries, postcards, letters, and creating fact files, among other activities. When asked about their favourite book, the majority enthusiastically replied, “Claude in the City.”
The children are eagerly looking forward to discovering what books they will read in Year 3.
