In maths this week, Year 5 have been learning all about place value, focusing on numbers up to 10 million! They used place value charts and counters, stating the place and value of each digit. They also wrote the numbers they made in both numerals and words.
Next week, we’re looking forward to rounding numbers and comparing the size of numbers.
